Q: Can I customize my own plan or are there plan bundles?

A: Yes, we have both. You can select and create the monthly plan that meets your needs or you can choose from one of our bundle options. We'd also be happy to set up a free consultation to customize a plan that is right for you.

Q: How will I know what is included in my plan?

A: Make sure to note the individual plan options and features listed below that plan. During our first conference call, we will outline all the project components and set up an initial 90-Day Game Plan that will include all plan options and deliverables. You will also receive additional materials or links, as well as a master Milestone document with key due dates.

Q: Are refunds accepted? What is the cancellation policy?

A: Since all payments for marketing plans go directly to project hours and platform costs, we are not able to offer refunds for completed work. However, you may cancel your plan anytime as long as you submit it in writing 30-days in advance.

Q: What if I decide to cancel my plan?

A: For full results, we recommend that you sign up for a minimum of six months. However, you may decide to cancel your plan early as long as you submit an "Intent to Cancel" letter writing to Marketing Muses with at least 30-days advance notice.

A: We accept PayPal, most major credit cards and direct wire transfers are available upon request.
