Daily Posting Limits
Each social network has its own guidelines for daily posting limits. As an example, Facebook recommends 5 posts per day as the limit, but 25 is really the upper limit that they allow without decreasing the reach of your posts. Here is the list of daily posting limits per each social network’s guidelines:
- Facebook: 25
- Twitter: 730
- LinkedIn: 100
- Google+: 100
- Pinterest: 100
- Instagram: 100
- Tumblr: 250 – Total Posts & Reblogs / 150 Photo Posts
These daily posting limits are over a rolling 24 hour period.
