Unwelcome Content
While Marketing Muses generally provides a lot of leeway in what content is acceptable, here are some guidelines for content that is not. Please keep in mind the spirit in which these were written, and know that looking for loopholes is a waste of time.
Content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED if it:

- Is involuntary pornography
- Encourages or incites violence or hate speech
- Threatens, harasses, or bullies or encourages others to do so
- Is personal and confidential information
- Impersonates someone in a misleading or deceptive manner
- Is spam
Prohibited Behavior
In addition to not submitting unwelcome content, the following behaviors are prohibited on Marketing Muses -
- Breaking Marketing Muses or doing anything that interferes with normal use of Marketing Muses:
- Don't break the site or do anything that interferes with normal use of the site. Do not interrupt the serving of Marketing Muses, introduce malicious code onto Marketing Muses, make it difficult for anyone else to use Marketing Muses due to your actions, block sponsored headlines, create programs that violate any of our other API rules, or assist anyone in misusing Marketing Muses in any way.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade punishment or avoid restrictions
- Any other actions that violate Marketing Muses terms and conditions set forth in these guidelines
NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Content
Content that contains nudity, pornography, or profanity, which a reasonable viewer may not want to be seen accessing in a public or formal setting such as in a workplace IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN the entire Marketing Muses communities or forums.
Enforcement
We have a variety of ways of enforcing our rules, including, but not limited to the following:

- Asking you nicely to cease and desist your action(s)
- Asking you less nicely - Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts across all Marketing Muses properties
- Removal of privileges from, or adding restrictions to, accounts across all Marketing Muses properties
- Adding restrictions to Marketing Muses communities, such as blocking entire root email addresses or Quarantining
- A community will be Quarantined on Marketing Muses when we deem its content to be extremely offensive or upsetting to the average Marketing Musesor. The purpose of quarantining a community is to prevent its content from being accidentally viewed by those who do not wish to do so. Restrictions on a quarantined community may include but are not limited to:
- Requiring an account with a verified email address
- Requiring an explicit opt-in
- Requiring an official photo ID
- Will generate no revenue, including ads on any Marketing Muses site
- Further official action TBD by Marketing Muses
- Removal of content
- Banning from any and all Marketing Muses communities
Moderation Within Forum Communities
Individual communities on Marketing Muses may have their own rules in addition to ours and their own moderators to enforce them. Marketing Muses provides tools to aid moderators but does not prescribe their usage yet these rules will supersede as needed.
